At 480east, our approach is very methodical and thorough with each client. This four-step process assures that the solutions we provide will solve each client’s needs.
1. Exploration Phase
“We firmly believe that the better we know how and what our clients do, the better we can serve them and their needs.”
During the exploration phase, 480east teams begin the information gathering process. A client is asked to provide written answers to the questions discussed during this phase. These answers provide further insight into the project, and allow us to better understand its scope and direction. Once an agreement is reached to proceed with the prospective client, our team will continue the discovery process. It is through this discovery that 480east gains a greater understanding of the client, their business, and a rationale for their needs.
2. Concept Development
“Commonly known as the back and forth cycle.”
Based on the client's input, 480east begins to develop concepts or rough solutions for the project. These ideas will be presented either in storyboard format, or electronically, depending on the nature of the project. This phase of any project requires clear communication and honest critique. By engaging in this collaborative process we are able to provide final designs that fit each client's style and business goals.
3. Implementation Process
“Simply put, we do not drop the ball!”
Once the client has approved the new approach, 480east begins the final production phase. We use the most efficient and cost-effective methods, while always maintaining our strict quality standards. Clients are involved throughout this process as necessary approvals are required.
4. Ongoing Support
“For us, it's not about just doing a project and turning you loose; it's about becoming your design and communication partners.”
At 480east, we provide full support for every project we take on. That may mean simply managing the reordering of business cards. More often, however, it involves assurance that communications materials remain current, or continuing to develop and implement communications strategies.
